Our mind,

Who you believe you are is ultimately who you are. The words we use to describe our Self are IMPORTANT. Learn to choose these wisely in your journey of finding everything that makes you you.

  • Think of everything you want to be in life- your biggest goals and largest perceptions of your Self. An entrepreneur? A yogi? A leader? A friend?

    Think of everything you want to embody.

  • How can you remind your Self to be like this?
    What small actions can you take that will elevate you?

  • Is there someone you look up to in a certain goal for your Self? Is it a family member? A friend? A celebrity? Think about these people and become inspired by their story.
